Supporting students with fewer opportunities: the social environment in Denain is very disadvantaged and our students are not used to moving, due to a lack of financial resources. Develop project-based teaching within the school and through European cooperation. Educate students about European citizenship and mobility. Develop professional skills in a foreign context and cross-disciplinary skills (independence, living together, etc.). Improve students' language skills.
The Lycée Professionnel Jurénil is a vocational school located in Denain, in the Hauts-de-France region. It is specialised in three professional fields: healthcare, commerce and administration. The project involved sending nine students in their second year of vocational studies in commerce and administration on a four-week mobility programme from the 2nd to 29th of November 2025. All of the students were aged 16 and accompanied by one teacher per week.
