1. Promoting Internship Mobility To provide internship mobility opportunities to a wide range of students across all Higher Technician Certificate (STS) programs within our institution, including **International Trade**, **Management Support**, and the **DN MADE** (National Diploma in Arts, Design and Crafts) program. 2. Promoting Staff Mobility To expand staff training mobility opportunities through the establishment of a partnership with the HEFF in Brussels. This partnership enables teaching staff to undertake training activities and teach abroad, while administrative staff can participate in professional development programs offered by HEFF. It also promotes the exchange of best practices and supports continuous professional development. 3. Promoting Study Mobility To broaden mobility opportunities by developing study mobility programs. Through our partnership with Brussels, we successfully organized our first two study mobility experiences for Bachelor's-level students, thereby opening new international learning opportunities. 4. Promoting Inclusion To enhance the inclusion of the most vulnerable groups and encourage the participation of individuals with fewer opportunities, including those from disadvantaged backgrounds and those with specific needs. This objective is supported by the implementation of more inclusive selection criteria (in line with the new Inclusion Guide), enabling a greater number of participants to benefit from international mobility programs. 5. Promoting Cooperation * Strengthening cooperation between higher education institutions, namely our institution in Tours and our partner institution in Brussels. * Ensuring academic recognition through the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) for study periods completed abroad, as established in the 2024 cooperation agreement.
