Through the implementation of this Erasmus+ project, Paris School of Business aimed to pursue several strategic objectives aligned with its international strategy, its Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE), and the priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme. The first objective was to provide students with high-quality international mobility opportunities that would enable them to develop their academic, linguistic, intercultural, and professional skills. We also sought to enhance their employability, autonomy, and global outlook through study and traineeship experiences abroad. The project also aimed to strengthen the internationalisation of the institution by expanding our network of partners and fostering academic cooperation at both European and international levels. To support this objective, we continued signing new Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreements throughout the project in order to diversify the destinations available to our students and staff. Another major objective was to improve the quality of mobility activities, particularly by implementing the recommendations resulting from the visit carried out by Erasmus+ France Agency in November 2023. As a result, we launched several improvement initiatives focusing on the transparency of procedures, inclusion, academic recognition, access to information, and participant support. Finally, we aimed to strengthen staff engagement in international activities. Our ambition was to progressively extend mobility opportunities to new departments and staff profiles while fostering a stronger European dimension within the institution through an ambitious internationalisation strategy and enhanced communication about the opportunities offered by Erasmus+.
