Objectives

A total of 21 grants were awarded. Traineeship mobility (SMT): The project enabled our students to receive financial support for a 9-week internship abroad. Fifteen grants were awarded for traineeships carried out in May and June 2025, followed by three grants for mobilities completed in January and February 2026. 44.6% of the students chose Spain, 16.7% the Netherlands, 11% Ireland, 5.5% Portugal, 5.5% Greece, and 16.7% third countries. The assignments entrusted by the companies were mainly focused on commercial client prospecting. Part of the “organizational support” budget was allocated to visits by teachers to Spain in order to ensure the quality of the students’ internships within the host companies and to expand the pool of partner companies. The remaining budget was partly used to participate in an international trade fair for the search for foreign partners. Finally, it helped finance external communication about our program and our Erasmus+ Charter, which guarantees the promotion of our international mobility activities. Training mobility (STT): Two grants were awarded to two teachers in order to attend courses with our partner, Pio Baroja. The job shadowing activity made it possible to attend several classes delivered by teachers in Madrid, which enriched teaching methods and enhanced intercultural and foreign language skills. These mobilities strengthen teachers’ intercultural knowledge: management styles according to different countries, business etiquette, communication styles, work methodologies, etc. Communication in Spanish and English within an intercultural context is part of the program curriculum, making these aspects particularly important. Teaching mobility (STA): One grant was awarded to a teacher in order to deliver courses and carry out job shadowing activities, which consisted of following teachers in their professional activities to observe their teaching practices at our partner institution, IES Pio Baroja in Madrid.
