The primary goal of the Erasmus+ project was to encourage students to undertake internships abroad by removing as many barriers as possible. While the project provides significant financial support tailored to individual student circumstances, it was the monitoring of the internship search process and the active involvement of the entire teaching team that truly engaged the students in this objective. This approach facilitated personalized support, ultimately fostering genuine student engagement and resulting in highly positive experiences.
