Our goal was to expand internship mobility while setting a minimum target of 20% for participants classified as having "fewer opportunities" (BTS students often face economic, geographical, or social barriers). The measures to be implemented included: - Personalized support provided by the Director of Training; - Pre-departure preparation provided by teaching staff and the Director of Training: enhanced preparation workshops (tailored language support, cultural preparation, and assistance with finding accommodation)
