The primary objective of the project is to create professional opportunities for students at La Closerie High School. The project mainly focuses on outbound mobility placements for internships. Our pool of students is primarily composed of learners enrolled in the Vocational Baccalaureate programmes in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Services and Sales. These students come from the four departments of Brittany and have all completed their vocational training placements within the region. Some La Closerie students have already benefited from a four-week work-based learning placement in Ireland or Italy. For students enrolled in the Higher National Diploma (BTS) in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, the internship period lasts 4 months. The aim is for them to discover a new working environment abroad while carrying out tasks related to the operational management of a food service establishment. Regarding staff mobility, the objective is for teachers to immerse themselves in a professional environment, maintain close contact with developments in the industry and evolving techniques, and thereby ensure that their teaching remains relevant and meaningful.
