Objectives

The project enables us to organize mobility opportunities for both staff and students. • As part of their BTS in International Trade program, students are required to complete an internship abroad in a company. This allows them to apply their professional and linguistic skills in a real-world work environment, engage with the intercultural aspects of business operations, and regularly use digital tools and data as part of their assigned tasks. This two-month international experience also helps students develop behavioral, interpersonal, and relational skills (soft skills). • The project supports the implementation of these internship mobilities, giving students the opportunity to enhance their skills and expertise, thus facilitating further studies after their BTS and improving their employability. • Furthermore, the project provides our institution with an opportunity not only to seek out and establish partnerships with foreign companies and organisations, but also to monitor the quality of work placements by funding staff travel expenses. • It also helps students with fewer opportunities (due to financial constraints, geographic location, etc.) to participate in these international placements. • Additionally, our institution promotes staff mobility, particularly for teachers, to enrich their professional development, pedagogical practices, cultural awareness, and language skills. Some of these methods and approaches can then be shared with students. • Finally, the project helps promote our BTS in International Trade program, increasing its visibility and attracting more applicants. • It also highlights the dynamism and global outlook of our educational institution.
