This project aimed to consolidate the mobility strategy launched by the University of Guyane during the previous cycle, with a particular focus on students' professional experience and staff skills development. We sought to strengthen individual support for participants at every stage of their mobility (preparation, follow-up, return), diversify destinations outside Europe in line with our regional position, and secure access to mobility for students facing financial or personal difficulties, notably through a complementary support fund.
