By implementing this Erasmus+ project, our ambition was to open up new opportunities for students and staff members by promoting international mobility. More specifically, we aimed to: 1. Enable students to broaden their horizons and gain international experience We wanted to give students the opportunity to discover new cultures, languages, and working methods through internships abroad. To achieve this, we established informal partnerships with foreign companies in order to ensure high-quality placements. For many years, we have been sending our students on international internships, supported by a strong network of partners. This Erasmus+ project strengthens this dynamic by providing enriching opportunities adapted to our different fields of study, particularly tourism. Our long-standing relationships ensure relevant internships and personalised support. This continuity facilitates students' integration and guarantees meaningful learning experiences. In fact, some students return to companies that have already hosted our trainees, demonstrating the trust that has been built over time. These sustainable collaborations enhance our reputation and create new opportunities. Examples include EI Travel Group in Ireland and Pure Norway in Norway. Our objective remains to broaden students' horizons by allowing them to develop in a multicultural environment while ensuring the continuity and growth of our international network. 2. Strengthen participants' professional skills and employability Working in an international environment exposes students to different working methods, encouraging them to adapt and become more independent. They improve not only their language skills but also their technical competencies within a multicultural setting. In addition, they develop essential qualities such as communication and teamwork. A post-internship follow-up process makes it possible to assess the skills acquired and to ensure that this experience represents real added value in their academic and professional pathways. 3. Encourage staff mobility We also aimed to offer teachers and administrative staff the opportunity to benefit from an international experience abroad. At this stage, priority has been given to improving language proficiency, particularly in English. 4. Promote access for students with fewer opportunities We paid particular attention to the inclusion of students facing financial, social, or geographical difficulties. Specific support measures were therefore put in place to facilitate their participation in the programme. Despite these efforts, we have observed a low level of participation among these students, which may be explained by personal constraints or concerns about undertaking a mobility experience. We therefore intend to further strengthen communication and support initiatives aimed at these groups. 5. Encourage the engagement of future participants Finally, we sought to promote these experiences by organising testimonials during Erasmus Days, publishing internship stories on social media and on our website, and integrating Erasmus+ into the academic pathway. Our objective was to raise interest among future students, demonstrate the concrete benefits of mobility, and create a sustainable dynamic around the programme. We also communicated with staff members in order to increase the number of mobility applications. Overall, our project aimed to promote international openness, develop the skills of both students and staff, and make these opportunities accessible to as many people as possible. We are convinced that this initiative will have a positive long-term impact on employability and on the overall quality of education and training.
