We have a great deal of experience of Erasmus projects at pre-bac level and we wanted to open up mobility opportunities to our students. We know the extent to which European projects contribute to the personal and professional development of students and staff, and help them to better integrate into the professional world in France and abroad. We remain guided by our values of equality (offering the same opportunities to all, without any form of discrimination), tolerance, cooperation, open-mindedness, curiosity and citizenship (defending the values of the French Republic and the European Union). This aspect was further reinforced by our participation in a Jean Monnet Initiative. Our objectives were to develop the professional, linguistic, social, cultural and methodological skills of learners and staff; to develop autonomy, curiosity and a spirit of initiative; to develop the dynamism and attractiveness of the school to ensure long-term recruitment; to increase the motivation of learners and staff; to develop European citizenship to enable learners and staff to integrate personally and professionally into a more open and diverse society.
