With more than 60,000 students enrolled for the 2024-2025 academic year, including more than 9,500 international students, the University of Lorraine is solidifying its status as a major multidisciplinary university, and reaffirms its strong international openness with 1 650 students outgoing mobilities funded by the International Relations Office and nearly 700 students incoming mobilities for the 2024-2025 academic year, despite the complexity of certain geopolitical situations that have continued to impact some exchanges this year as well. The University of Lorraine also places great importance on international staff mobility, which continues to grow, particularly for administrative staff. Under this 2024 agreement, the International Relations Office has funded 122 staff mobilities. The University of Lorraine leads an active policy of internationalization and international attractiveness, aimed in particular at strengthening international mobility in connection with more than 140 countries worldwide, and once again ranks among the top French universities in terms of outgoing Erasmus mobility, with a total of 1 260 mobilities funded under this 2024 agreement, out of 1 255 granted mobilities, thus consuming the allocated budget up to 100%.
