Objectives

Firstly, our institution, the LPO Denis Diderot in Marseille, has been part of the consortia led by the Regional Academic Directorate for European, International and Cooperation Affairs of the Aix-Marseille-Nice academic districts since 2018, initially the CESAMME consortium and subsequently the PROMETHEE consortium. For the 2024–2025 academic year, we have decided to apply for funding as a single beneficiary in order to guarantee a greater number of mobility opportunities for our students. The main objective of the Erasmus+ mobility project (KA131-HED) for the 2024–2025 academic year was to strengthen our institution’s international outlook whilst improving the quality of the academic and professional pathways offered to our students and staff. Our primary aim was to offer students opportunities for internship mobility abroad, enabling them to acquire essential transferable skills, such as independence, adaptability, proficiency in foreign languages and the ability to thrive in intercultural environments. These experiences also aimed to enhance their employability by facilitating the acquisition of professional skills aligned with the requirements of the European and international labour market. Furthermore, the project aimed to promote inclusion and equal opportunities by encouraging the participation of a diverse group of people, particularly students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
