Our project aims to enable students on the BTS MHR course to undertake their work placement abroad, so that they can - discover the culture of another European country; - broaden their professional experience in order to develop their skills in other management approaches; - develop language skills; - boost their self-confidence by learning to cope with the unexpected whilst living in another country, far from their familiar surroundings, friends and family; - develop an open-minded attitude towards other ways of life and customs; - take responsibility for organising their trip and adapting to different ways of life; - to encourage mobility, the promotion of European values and an international outlook among all students - to sustain local partnerships, leading to other types of exchange (hosting European students, staff mobility).
