Objectives

The project aimed to strengthen the European dimension of the member institutions and to make international mobility a fully integrated component of the BTS Transport and Logistics Management (GTLA) training pathway. In a transport and logistics sector characterised by constant international exchanges, it is essential to prepare future professionals to work effectively in multicultural environments and to understand professional practices implemented across different countries. The project therefore sought to provide students with mobility experiences enabling them to develop professional, linguistic, intercultural and personal skills that would enhance their future employability. The objectives of the project were to: • Increase the participation of students and staff in European mobility activities; • Promote the acquisition of professional skills through training periods or work placements carried out with European partners in the transport and logistics sector; • Develop participants' language skills, autonomy, adaptability and self-confidence; • Foster a better understanding of European issues and strengthen participants' sense of belonging to the European Union; • Promote equal opportunities by facilitating access to mobility for participants with fewer opportunities; • Support the internationalisation of consortium member institutions through the development of sustainable European partnerships; • Improve the quality of mobility preparation, support, monitoring and recognition processes; • Encourage the exchange of practices among participating institutions in order to strengthen their expertise in European mobility management. The project also aimed to consolidate the cooperation established through the NETINVET network by developing trust-based relationships between European partners and promoting the recognition of learning outcomes achieved abroad. This approach helped secure mobility pathways and ensure their alignment with the educational objectives of the BTS GTLA programme. Through these various actions, the consortium sought to improve the quality of education and training, enhance participants' employability, and foster a genuine culture of international mobility within the participating institutions.
