Within the framework of this project’s implementation, the objectives pursued reflected a dual ambition: first, to support the comprehensive development of students as learners, future professionals, and European citizens; and second, to strengthen the institution’s internationalisation strategy and enhance the quality of its training provision through the establishment of strategic partnerships. Objectives for Students The project primarily sought to promote the acquisition of complementary professional competencies by offering students the opportunity to engage with diverse academic and professional environments. In this regard, international mobility constitutes a fundamental mechanism for enriching technical and creative expertise, particularly in highly specialised fields such as applied arts and design. Moreover, particular emphasis was placed on the development of digital competencies, in alignment with the cross-cutting priorities of the Erasmus+ programme. Mobility periods enabled participants to explore new digital tools, methodologies, and working environments, thereby reinforcing their capacity to adapt to technological transformations within the sector. The project also aimed to heighten students’ awareness of contemporary societal challenges, notably through the development of skills related to sustainable development and environmentally responsible practices. Exposure to alternative pedagogical and professional approaches encouraged students to integrate more sustainable methods consistent with ongoing ecological transitions in creative industries. Additionally, the mobilities contributed to the enhancement of linguistic proficiency, an essential prerequisite for successful integration into international professional contexts. Immersion in a foreign environment fosters active language acquisition while strengthening the ability to communicate effectively across varied professional situations. The project further supported the development of key transversal competencies—such as autonomy, self-confidence, and adaptability to new living and working environments—which are crucial for constructing resilient and evolving personal and professional trajectories. From a broader perspective, the project sought to cultivate cultural and civic openness by enabling students to engage with diverse European and international contexts. In doing so, it contributed to the development of a European identity grounded in shared values, intercultural understanding, and cooperation. Mobilities were also conceived as a means of countering stereotypes and prejudices by fostering direct interaction and experiential learning. By confronting preconceived notions with the realities of host environments, students developed a more nuanced and inclusive understanding of cultural differences. Objectives for the SEPR For SEPR, the project aimed to consolidate and expand a network of high-quality international partners, particularly in the fields of applied arts and design. Strengthening these collaborations ensures the relevance of mobility opportunities while promoting the exchange of pedagogical best practices and fostering innovation. Beyond network development, the project contributes to enhancing the institution’s attractiveness and international visibility by positioning it within broader European and international cooperation dynamics. This openness supports the continuous improvement of the training offer by integrating comparative perspectives and diversified pedagogical approaches. Overall, the actions undertaken within the Erasmus+ framework form part of a comprehensive internationalisation strategy, aiming to establish mobility as a structural component of training pathways in support of student success and employability.
