Through this Erasmus+ KA131 project, Lycée Joseph Gaillard aimed to give its BTS (SAM, CIEL, SIO, ESF) students the opportunity to complete a work placement in a European country, strengthening their employability, language skills and openness to Europe — of particular importance for an institution located in a French overseas territory, geographically distant from mainland Europe. The project also aimed to give staff access to training mobilities abroad, to develop their professional skills and reinforce the school's European dimension.
