The project was carried out over 18 months, with a clear division of roles between the two partners. It began with the definition of CSR criteria and the creation of a model diagnostic report. The content was then translated and tested with pilot OFs. At the same time, a web platform was developed, including an evaluation questionnaire, resources, a report generator and a user guide. Transnational meetings and regular exchanges ensured coordination, ongoing evaluation and adaptation to user feedback. The project ended with the launch of the platform and the dissemination of the results.
The DIAG-RSE project was born of the shared observation that training organisations (TOs) need concrete benchmarks to assess and improve their social responsibility. Faced with the current issues of inclusion, sustainability and ethics, there were few tools available that were tailored to the specific needs of adult education. FORMETHIC and Creating Stories wanted to create a simple, free and accessible response to this need, to help OFs structure their CSR initiatives, report on their commitments and make autonomous progress. This project also responds to European priorities in terms of inclusive education, sustainable development and quality assurance in adult education.
