ST3AM aims to diminish gender disparities in STEM higher education, empower women and girls through gender-sensitive modules and inspiration, cultivate a gender-sensitive culture, promote educational and career opportunities, and foster a cultural shift by connecting schools, HE and industry, in accordance with the European Commission's vision. The project strives to create a sustainable impact, cultivating diversity, and influencing European-level policies for lasting change.
