Our main objective, in implementing this project within the framework of the Erasmus+ Youth accreditation, is to create and sustain spaces for learning, engagement, and educational mobility that are accessible to everyone, especially to young people with fewer opportunities. We aim to empower them to become active participants in the design, development, and implementation of their own international mobility projects. At the local level, our action is rooted in networking among local stakeholders and in training on intercultural facilitation at the Euro-Mediterranean level. The training seminars held in France and Tunisia enabled many youth workers and professionals to strengthen their pedagogical and organisational skills, thereby improving the quality and impact of mobility projects. Furthermore, the M.E.R. network meetings – Mobility, Exchange, Reciprocity have been a key driver in reinforcing cooperation between youth organisations from around ten countries and fostering the co-construction of inclusive projects with strong local impact. This dynamic of networking and training directly contributes to one of our main goals: to structure and sustain our activities in order to meet the growing demand for support from young people and organisations. The Erasmus+ accreditation thus serves as a strategic lever, enhancing our partnership with the National Agency and increasing the visibility of the programme at the regional level. It also contributes to the recognition of our organisation as a resource centre for international mobility, particularly in the context of the development of our third-place project in the region. This position strengthens access to information on European opportunities, promotes local-level support, and enhances the recognition of mobility pathways among young people and partner organisations. Our projects address key societal challenges: social inclusion, equal opportunities, cultural diversity, environmental sustainability, and socio-professional integration. We consider reciprocal international mobility to be a concrete tool for sustainable development, intercultural dialogue, and personal empowerment, contributing to the construction of a European and Euro-Mediterranean citizenship based on cooperation, respect, and peace. The activities implemented during the reporting period fully embodied these objectives: Conexāo (Marseille 2024, Setúbal and Tannroda 2025) promoted intercultural discovery and the development of social and linguistic skills, strengthening the confidence and autonomy of young people with limited access to mobility. The “Peace Generation 3 & 4” activities (Marseille and Vanadzor, 2024) brought together young people from France, Germany, Armenia, and Turkey around peacebuilding and intercultural dialogue. Through workshops, debates, and collective creations, participants deconstructed stereotypes, explored diverse historical perspectives, and learned to discuss sensitive topics with openness and respect. The Streetfoot – Street Unity project (Marseille 2024, Tetovo 2025) used football as a tool for inclusion, cooperation, and social cohesion. Young people from disadvantaged backgrounds found a collective learning environment and a gateway to Europe, while developing valuable social and professional skills. The EuroMed Eco activity (Tangier, 2024) gathered young people from France, Germany, Tunisia, and Morocco around environmental protection. Through exchanges and practical workshops, they explored local and sustainable solutions while reinforcing ecological awareness and intercultural cooperation. Finally, the M.E.R. training and cooperation seminars consolidated a Euro-Mediterranean network of committed youth workers and organisations, fostering the exchange of good practices and the creation of new mobility initiatives. All these actions reflect our conviction that an active, supportive, and interculturally skilled youth is a key driver of social cohesion and sustainable transformation. Accordingly, our initial objectives are being achieved: - to strengthen the participation and autonomy of young people with fewer opportunities; - to promote intercultural openness, civic engagement, and reciprocal mobility; - to develop a network of Euro-Mediterranean actors capable of co-creating sustainable and inclusive projects; - and to embed all our actions in an eco-responsible and sustainable approach. Through this Erasmus+ accreditation, we make international mobility a tool for empowerment, learning, and dialogue, serving a youth that acts as a driving force for change and a European society that is fairer, more open, and more united.
