This first year of Erasmus+ Youth accreditation focused on the general objective of "Improving the quality of youth work by developing capacities, sharing tools/methods among youth workers, and strengthening collaboration between organizations in Europe and the outermost regions." To this end, two mobility programs were implemented for youth workers: - A European seminar in Martinique bringing together professionals from various European organizations. - A work-observation internship in Finland bringing together professionals from Martinique and Finland. The specific objectives of these mobilities were: - To promote exchanges and the sharing of methods among youth workers from diverse backgrounds. - To explore opportunities for Erasmus+ cooperation between organizations in continental Europe and the French West Indies and French Guiana. - To develop Erasmus+ knowledge and skills to improve the quality and impact of local and transnational initiatives. - Define avenues for collaboration and partnership for future international projects.
