Objectives

This marks the fourth year of implementing our CHORUS program. In executing this project, we focused on three primary objectives: Objective 1: Making the program accessible to all We pay particular attention to the accessibility of European programs, both for young people and for organizations. As many of the structures we support are located in rural areas, we make a dedicated effort to include youth from these regions. Furthermore, we are committed to increasing the inclusion of JAMO (Young People with Fewer Opportunities). Objective 2: Providing quality networking and support Our goal was to provide French and European organizations with a supportive framework to deliver high-quality youth exchanges. This was achieved through: Facilitating partnerships. Promoting a shared professional culture during staff mobilities. Implementing training sessions and providing personalized support tailored to each organization. Establishing thematic working groups to address relevant issues or challenges encountered during youth exchanges. Objective 3: Developing and promoting the program within our territory We aimed to organize "key network events" to showcase the work accomplished to institutional and financial stakeholders. The goal was to ensure that our expertise—and that of the organizations we support—is recognized locally. Ultimately, we wanted to inspire new organizations to join the L’MOJI network.
