Objectives

The Erasmus+ 2024–2025 mobility project led by LABA was part of its accredited activity plan, which aims to strengthen European cooperation in the fields of youth, culture and social innovation. It pursued several strategic objectives: - To promote the active participation of young people in European democratic life and the ecological transition. - Strengthen the transversal, social, intercultural and digital skills of young people and youth workers through non-formal education. - Support the inclusion of YOWOs (Young People with Fewer Opportunities) and the fight against inequalities in access to mobility. - Promote female leadership and equality in the cultural and creative sectors. - Support the ecological transition and sustainable entrepreneurship among young people. Through five European mobility programmes (A1 to A5), the project aimed to consolidate the achievements of previous years while renewing its educational approaches around co-creation, sustainability and intercultural dissemination. The central objective was to offer each participant — whether young or professional — a space for collective experimentation to develop their personal and professional skills while engaging in a concrete European dynamic. The project thus contributed to: - Creating contexts for sustainable intercultural cooperation between France and six partner countries (Italy, Romania, Germany, Turkey, the Netherlands and Malta). - Develop a culture of inclusive mobility by supporting young people from modest backgrounds or rural areas. - Promote innovative teaching methods: collective music creation, podcasts, participatory audiovisual projects, female mentoring, eco-citizen workshops. - Supporting partner organisations in strengthening their management, communication and informal learning assessment capacities (Youthpass, AKI). Beyond individual development, the project's ambition was to promote organisational and territorial transformation by contributing to greater recognition of non-formal education and the civic value of Erasmus+ mobility. This project has therefore consolidated LABA's position as a leading regional player on issues of youth, culture and sustainability in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, while placing its actions within a structured and coherent European framework.
