1- Enable the active participation of young people: this is one of the main shared objectives of the social project of the CSI L'Atelier, and the Pollino Digital Lab Agency. It's about doing things with residents and not for them. Young people often lack the platform and encouragement to actively participate in civic life and defend their cultural heritage. This project provides participants with the opportunity to engage in cultural advocacy, allowing them to play an active role in the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage. 2- Promote personal development through this exchange: everyone must be able, to their extent, to invest in this project by developing or strengthening their social skills (reaching out to others), their digital skills (adapted use of new tools and new technologies) and language skills (speaking in another language). The aim is to offer them the opportunity to acquire valuable and even unique skills and experiences which will improve their social role and their future employability. . 3- Contribute to the discovery and construction of a European identity: youth exchanges must make it possible to build openness and integration of the daily realities of the participants. Promoting dialogue and intercultural exchanges also means creating opportunities for meaningful intercultural exchanges, by improving participants' ability to navigate and appreciate cultural diversity, in order to be able to better situate themselves personally in today's world. 4- Support the emancipation and autonomy of young people in their intercultural discovery, in learning about their local and European mobility and in becoming aware of their identity construction. So that young people are more serene and more confident in the implementation of future personal and collective projects at the end of the exchange.
