Our primary objective was to provide participants with coping strategies for eco-anxiety. Through our activity at Grain&Sens, they gained tools and practices aimed at alleviating eco-anxiety, promoting emotional well-being, and reducing stress. Additionally, we wanted to create a supportive community where participants could openly share their concerns and work together on solutions. By fostering peer support and shared experiences, the project aimed to build a sense of belonging and understanding. Lastly, we aimed to empower participants with the knowledge, skills, and motivation to take meaningful action towards sustainability. Through interactive sessions which focussed on activating their personal resources and integrating into their everyday life back home, they explored how to make a positive impact on their social and natural environment.
