The project was designed to meet several key objectives, aiming not only to improve the participants' lives, but also to have a significant impact on their respective communities. 1. Improve the participants' and their communities' quality of life: By supporting the creation of a more open and tolerant society, the project aimed to fight discrimination and racism, by providing a safe space for young people to exchange ideas and learn. The program helped reduce social inequalities and enabled young people to develop a sense of citizenship. 2. Encouraging cultural openness and intercultural competence: By facilitating exchanges, participants were able to approach other cultures with respect and curiosity. Not only did they discover their peers' cultures, but they also got to know themselves better. 3. Bridging the gap between young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and their peers: The program offered equal opportunities for personal and professional development, providing young people with practical skills for their future. 4. Strengthen knowledge of the European Union and Erasmus+: Through this project, participants were able to deepen their understanding of the European Union, its role and its values, particularly in terms of youth and civic engagement. 5. Long-term impact: The aim was to reach at least 500 people indirectly, by promoting cultural diversity through a final event, and through the stories shared by participants in their local communities. 6. Develop digital skills: Through their participation in recording and making short films, as well as using social media to do research and communicate, the youths acquired fundamental digital skills.
