This youth exchange seeks to co-create an inclusive collective space where shared life is shaped by the participants, based on their values and individual and collective reflection on the notion of inclusivity. Promoting diversity as a source of richness, it encourages intellectual and physical emancipation. Sharing" is explored through activities proposed by the REV, activities proposed and organized by participants, and meetings with alternative local initiatives. After the first few days of the project, participants will co-create their ideal schedule, choosing the workshops that suit them best. Indeed, this project favors citizen involvement and reflection on daily and collective life as agents of change. The co-creation of an inclusive collective life is planned with clear objectives, safe spaces, and activities that deconstruct social narratives. A key aspect of this exchange is the development of a sense of listening and respect for others, both verbally and non-verbally, with an understanding of the body signals that enrich dialogues and positions. The aim is to provide participants with the tools and means to inscribe their citizenship through an ideological and physical commitment to society.By involving the whole body in the action, the project seeks to develop each person's socio-cultural and political identity, as well as mutual understanding and respect. The project also stands out for its inclusive nature on several levels. Firstly, it is based on a horizontal vision in which each participant is seen as an essential contributor, regardless of his or her origin, background or previous experience. The co-creation of an inclusive collective life, based on participants' individual values, favors a balanced representation of diversity within the group. What's more, the popular education approach adopted by the animation team ensures that everyone is encouraged to take the lead in the project, thus reinforcing autonomy and active participation. The project also strives to be inclusive, addressing social, cultural and linguistic barriers. Non-formal learning methods, based on collective intelligence and popular education, are designed to be accessible to all participants, regardless of their educational background. Moreover, the exploration of individual identities, including those related to gender and LGBT+ communities, contributes to the promotion of inclusivity by recognizing and valuing these aspects. In this project, the animators adopt a youth worker posture, focusing on framing, accompanying participants and facilitating project objectives. They play a crucial role in encouraging co-creation, ensuring the safety of the spaces, and guiding the questioning of social narratives. The approach adopted aims to enable young people to take the lead in carrying out the project, thus promoting a participative and autonomous approach. The main objectives of the project are: Experiment with ways of making collective life more inclusive Imagine together an inclusive society where everyone has a place Explore the influence of our experiences and identities within a group. Gain confidence in your ability to co-lead group activities. Experiment with bodily expression as a means of communication and self-expression with others and the group. Create a testimonial zine (multi-format artistic brochure) More operationally : Establish and experiment with concrete practices to foster inclusion within the group. Develop tools and mechanisms to support an inclusive society, focusing on tangible actions and concrete initiatives. Encourage critical reflection on the mechanisms of inclusion and exclusion within a group. Accompany participants in proposing, creating and leading group activities. Set up specific body expression workshops to reinforce non-verbal communication and self-expression. Guide the collaborative creation of the zine, offering a platform for sharing individual and collective stories on social inclusion. This experimentation and focus on the collective will enable us to identify and experiment with practices that foster the creation of an inclusive collective where everyone feels valued and at home, encouraging participants to want and feel capable of reproducing this then-realistic collective life in their daily lives, and thus ultimately promoting civic engagement.
