The ninth edition of YAKA's Press Start, Press Start 9 or PS9, lasted two weeks. It aimed to bring together a group of young people aged 18 to 30 from France, Tunisia, and Morocco (known as the “winners”) to learn the fundamentals of social entrepreneurship. We planned and successfully implemented the first week of PS9 in Tunisia and the second week in Morocco. Social entrepreneurship is an integral part of the program, but other objectives, such as enabling the winners to grow personally as responsible young adults by working on personal entrepreneurial initiatives, are just as important. To achieve these objectives, PS9 offers workshops, discussion sessions, and exchanges around the winners' personal projects. Press Start also promotes intercultural interaction among young people through mobility in two different countries. Finally, Press Start 9 aimed to create a sense of solidarity and sharing within a group of young people from different backgrounds, which was built within the “safe space” offered by YAKA in the program.
