By the implementation of a visit study in Ioannina, the project aimed to exchange experiences, good practices and tools between youth actors and workers at European level from our two organisations : Eurasia net, targeting youth work, you workers and , France and Youth Center of Epirus in Ioannina, Greece. The general purpose was to acquire more inclusive practices and methods and thus develop skills, raise awareness and disseminate their knowledge within their organization and professional environment, to help develop resources so that youth and social actors can address the issues raised by LGBT+ youth. The project aims to achieve the following objectives: - to increase participants' knowledge of the legal and sociological contexts in France and Greece that constitute resources or barriers to support for young LGBT+ people; - train participants (equip them with tools, strengthen their skills and knowledge) in supporting young people with specific gender and/or sexual identity issues through the exchange of practices and experiences.
