The project aimed to achieve several strategic objectives, including cooperation between organisations, training for field workers and changing perceptions of migration issues. Firstly, it sought to strengthen cooperation between La ZEP and Jibal/Switch Perspective by jointly developing a training programme that combined their respective methodologies, so that they would be better suited to the realities and needs of young people and communities directly or indirectly affected by migration. Secondly, the project aimed to train and network French and Lebanese multipliers (youth workers, social actors, journalists, facilitators) around these methodologies, enabling them to test them directly in the field in contact with local structures. Another important aspect was to help deconstruct stereotypes related to migration and to promote the voices of young people and local communities in the broadest sense, in particular through the production and dissemination of a collection of stories from France and Lebanon. These objectives were complemented by cross-cutting ambitions: - Promoting the potential of each participant by placing them in a position of agency and initiative throughout the project - Developing soft skills and know-how to better support young people and local communities on migration issues - Strengthening skills in international teamwork and intercultural learning in order to foster sustainable future cooperation.
