Objectives

The project aimed to address the challenges faced by many organizations and youth workers who wanted to engage in Erasmus+ programmes but were hindered by a lack of knowledge, administrative complexity, or the absence of a partnership network. We sought to overcome these obstacles by providing concrete and structured support to facilitate access to these opportunities. Our objectives were to: >Facilitate access to and deepen participants' knowledge of the various components of the Erasmus+ programme, enabling them to fully embrace its opportunities. >strengthen skills in project management and writing by working on all essential phases for the implementation of quality projects, from finding partners to disseminating results. >Foster the emergence of new projects by allowing participants to experiment with collaborative working methods and providing a dedicated space for drafting concrete projects. >Encourage an inclusive and local approach by helping participants better analyze the needs of their target groups to ensure their projects address local issues and have a positive impact on their community. >Develop a network of European partners and encourage transnational cooperation among youth structures. >Experiment with non-formal education tools so that participants could reuse them in their own initiatives and enrich their professional practices. Through this project, we aimed to create an environment that promotes the autonomy of novice structures and youth groups in designing and implementing Erasmus+ projects. By strengthening the capacity of field actors, we hope to foster a greater diversity of beneficiaries and a better distribution of mobility opportunities within communities.
