Objectives

The “Intercultural Breakthrough” project aimed to strengthen youth work practice in the field of intercultural dialogue and diversity. By implementing this project, we wanted to: - Develop youth workers’ competences in facilitating non-formal education activities that help young people in building intercultural competences. - Enable sharing of youth work experience and tools by exchanging good practices and innovative non-formal education methods in the field of diversity and intercultural dialogue. - Enhance youth workers’ personal intercultural competences, including their ability to promote tolerance, diversity, peaceful conflict resolution and intercultural dialogue among young people. - Increase cooperation between European and neighbouring countries’ youth organisations, fostering stronger partnerships and joint initiatives to promote intercultural dialogue and diversity.
