By implementing the project, it is wished that the employees will gain new experience and knowledge about innovative and sustainable models of artistic residencies and international cooperation. The project aims to discover other organizational models of cultural centers characterized by democracy, openness and participation. The project will explore new practices that have proven to be sustainable and positivne in the design of programs that include the community and socially sensitive groups.
Pogon is a place of production and presentation of culture and art, a place of transfer of experience and knowledge of informal education in Zagreb and beyond. The center is focused on three areas of informal education - education on international cultural and artistic cooperation, strengthening the capacity of independent culture and community participation.The center also conducts training on the institutional model of civil-public partnership and the design and production of cultural programs
