Our goal was to strengthen students' skills to make them more competitive in the labor market after mobility, to introduce them to real jobs they will face after graduation, and to help them become independent and take responsibility and initiative. For some students (food technology technicians), this was a unique chance to get to know their profession, as they normally have no practical training during school.
This Erasmus project included students from architecture, civil engineering, and food technology programs. Through practical training in their fields, they gained insight into future job opportunities. The mobility encouraged them to be independent and responsible, adapt to new situations, and improve their communication in both English and Portuguese.
