The goal of the activity was to conduct practical classes and strengthen the vocational education of students of the school occupations of cook, waiter and hotel technician.
The high school started this project to strengthen vocational competences in our school, and to provide our students with quality practical training, which is difficult to obtain in Hvar during the winter months. Also, the idea was to find them in hotels outside the borders of the Republic of Croatia and experience the international labor market
