This Erasmus+ project aimed to strengthen the vocational skills and competences of teachers and students through practical training activities for students and job shadowing for teachers. During the mobility period, the students stayed in specialized institutions, where they experienced modern methods and ways of working, expanded the skills required for the vocation they are being trained for, while teachers gained insight into the knowledge, skills, and competences demanded by labour market.
The school educates students in three vocational sectors, of which Tourism and Hospitality is the most represented. This project involved teachers and students from the aforementioned sector, who, through mobility activities, experienced modern methods and ways of working in an international environment, and improved their existing professional skills as well as their communication skills in a foreign language, with an emphasis on professional terminilogy.
