We aimed to help participants develop professional and personal competences through work with innovative programmes and technologies. The objectives were to enhance their professional knowledge, work habits, entrepreneurial spirit and sense of responsibility, and to promote lifelong learning. The project also sought to strengthen multicultural awareness, tolerance and mutual understanding.
The school faces outdated VET curricula, limited technical resources and insufficient access to modern technologies and methodologies. These shortcomings affect teaching quality and students’ preparation for the labour market. The project was launched to give teachers and students opportunities for training in advanced EU environments, enabling them to gain skills and knowledge unavailable in our school.
