Students gained insight into modern educational practices from other countries and applied them in our school. Key student competences for employability in the contemporary labour market were developed; they were strengthened to effectively communicate in European contexts and take an active role in society. The project enhanced teachers’ skills through innovative teaching approaches, increased the school’s attractiveness for enrolment, and fostered students’ entrepreneurial mindset.
The School of Tourism, Catering and Trade has long-standing experience in education in the tourism, hospitality, and economics sectors. The project aims to better prepare students for the future job market by promoting active engagement, social and environmental responsibility, digital and financial literacy, and teamwork. It also enables teacher training, adoption of new teaching methods, and development of international cooperation to modernize teaching and improve education quality.
