The project aimed to boost student competitiveness through practical experience. Key goals were developing digital skills, environmental awareness, and good vocational practices, alongside promoting participant health. We sought to improve linguistic, professional, and entrepreneurial competencies, better preparing students for the European and national aviation labor market and expanding our school’s industry partnership network.
The school offers aviation education and initiated the project to address key challenges: a lack of practical experience, outdated equipment, and the need to modernize the curriculum. The goal was to develop student skills aligned with industry trends, emphasizing ecological sustainability and ICT. Focus was also on enhancing soft skills and health awareness of the students, as well as establishing industry partnerships to expand the school’s network for future projects.
