The project aimed to provide students with professional training abroad through internships with real employers, enhance digital skills, and strengthen language, social, and cultural competences. Students gained practical vocational knowledge and developed soft skills relevant to the labor market. By involving students with fewer opportunities, we promoted equity and inclusion. Teachers broadened their professional perspectives and explored European approaches to youth work.
The project was implemented to provide students with practical skills not available locally for computer and road traffic technicians. Through international mobility, they developed professional and personal competencies. Working in real international environments boosted their employability and confidence. The project contributed to school modernization, internationalization, and expanding educational opportunities.
