The training aimed to improve the coaching and facilitation skills of persons working with youth and those who plan to work with youth in the future in their organizations or local communities. The implementation of the training activities contributed to the fulfilment of Objective 3 of the accreditation - To continuously strengthen the capacities of persons working with youth for the purpose of sharing and developing new models, methods and approaches for everyday work with youth, in accordance with the needs, trends and opportunities in society. With the youth exchange "Boost your skills", we aimed to encourage creativity in young people and contribute to the development of entrepreneurial skills, and through carefully organized workshops during the mobility, we wanted to encourage them to think about the possibilities of self-employment and/or starting their own business. For this purpose, a mini brochure "Improve your creativity and entrepreneurial skills" was created with the aim of further encouraging participants, but also other young people, to develop creativity and apply entrepreneurial skills -https://proni.hr/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/Unaprijedi-svoju-kreativnost-i-poduzetnicke-vjestine_brosura.pdf The implementation of the exchange contributed to the fulfilment of Objective 1 of the Accreditation - To improve the competences of young people (knowledge, skills, experiences) for the purpose of their better social integration, acceptance of cultural diversity and increasing employability. By organizing the third activity - Study visit to youth organizations and for youth in Malta, we aimed to improve our own capacities in the field of youth work, share experiences, gain new knowledge and become familiar with new/different methods of work that we can use in our work. In addition, the goal was to establish new contacts and partnerships for the purpose of preparing and implementing future activities and projects. With this activity, we also directly contributed to the fulfilment of the Objective 3 of the Accreditation - Continuously strengthen the capacities of people who work with youth for the purpose of exchanging and developing new models, methods and approaches for everyday work with youth, in accordance with the needs, trends and opportunities in the world.
