The aim of this project was to empower students to actively participate in decision-making processes and to motivate them to actively participate in the school and local community. With a series of interconnected educational and informative activities, we worked with participants to take on the role of active citizens, educating them about participatory budgeting and the creation of digital content. We introduced the Erasmus+ program, European Solidarity Corps, Youthpass, Salto-youth to the participants and reminded them to keep a reflection diary before each subsequent workshop. After the participatory budgeting workshop, the participants independently developed action plans that they wanted to implement in their school or local community. Then we conducted workshops on digital literacy and media content creation, and the participants prepared for their campaigns, which they implemented for two weeks until the election. After the election and selection of the winning ideas, they were implemented in each school. At the final conference, we presented the results of the project. All of the above was planned and implemented by the project. All goals were achieved.
