The project aimed to improve the movement competence of volunteers working with the physical, cognitive, and mental well-being of older adults by expanding their movement repertoire and methodological skills through introductory and advanced Kinaesthetics in Care training. It also supported the health preservation, health awareness, and conscious health behaviour of active workers and volunteers through movement competence development within Kinaesthetics Creative Learning training programs.
