The aim of the project was to enable staff members of Progress and cooperating professionals to broaden their knowledge in adult learning, basic skills development and practice-oriented training approaches through targeted international mobility activities. The experience gained supported the further development of professional practice at national level, the adaptation of new methods, and the strengthening of international professional cooperation.
The professional work of Progress is closely linked to European debates on adult education and basic skills development, in particular through its active involvement in the EBSN network. Our activities focus on the practical implementation of adult learning, challenges related to competence development, and outreach to disadvantaged learner groups. The project was initiated in response to a professional need to strengthen practice-oriented approaches by drawing on international experience.
