The aim of the project is an organisational development focused on internationalisation, with a particular emphasis on developing the competences of the managers involved in the implementation of European programmes: foreign language skills, management skills, and new experiences that will make the organisation of vocational training more efficient, help the implementation of international projects and ensure the development of a reliable network of partners for the centre and its schools.
The Vocational Training Centre of Vác and several of its vocational training institutions have not yet implemented an Erasmus+ programme. In order to achieve the strategic objectives of the Centre's complex institutional system, its balanced development and improvement, it is necessary to incorporate forward-looking international experiences into its organisational work.
