The project focused on 3 main objectives: Internationalisation – establishing new professional connections and laying the foundation for long-term cooperation with foreign partners to develop dual training. Adoption of environmental innovations – learning sustainable and environmental best practices in the tourism and hospitality sector and the machinery industry. Professional competence development – improving the preparedness of staff involved in dual training and integrating new methods.
The County is a public body representing economic interests, maintaining connections with nearly 900 dual training providers. In recent years, there has been a growing demand for international experience, especially in the fields of dual training and environmental projects. The project aimed to enable local vocational training stakeholders to participate together in a mobility programme, gain new methods and best practices, and provide more competitive, up-to-date training.
