With the implementation of the project, we aim to enhance the level of tourism-related training by shaping the attitudes and expanding the knowledge of professionals who teach at practical training sites, in line with European Union values. The Italian experiences increas commitment to sustainability and a health-conscious approach, as well as boosting motivation and foreign language skills. All of these aspects can be utilized in services and incorporated into the trainings.
Tourism plays an important role in the economic of Somogy County, and it can only be developed with well-trained employees. Due to its role in the dual training system, the chamber places great emphasis on the quality of practical training in order to raise the quality of vocational training. With this project, the chamber aims to provide international exchanges of experiences, learning, and development opportunities for professional educators working in the tourism, in line with European values
