Developing practice-oriented knowledge, understanding and incorporating the application of agile and project-based methodologies, acquiring innovative and broader technological knowledge and experience, boosting motivation, dedication in their field. It is useful to develop foreign language knowledge, autonomy and a sense of responsibility. The students and the colleague participating the job shadowing should acquire experiences that they can use later throughout their work and life.
With the Erasmus+ VET Mobility project, Audi Hungaria intends to achieve multiple goals along the company's strategic goals, which strenghten the competences of students and the knowledge of the labour supply. The aim of our vocational training is to see our students as full-time employees at the end of their studies, so it is important to provide them with all the necessary opportunities to acquire and develop the required competences during their training and to get the most out of themselves.
