With the implementation of this project, we aimed to contribute to strengthening the social and democratic participation of young people, paying particular attention to young people with fewer opportunities and the youth workers who support them. The project was in line with our long-term goals set out in our Erasmus+ youth accreditation and aimed to increase young people's awareness of public life, their active citizenship skills, and their willingness to participate. Our goal was also to bring young people closer to decision-making processes, help them understand how these processes work, and enable them to articulate their own interests and opinions in a structured way. We placed particular emphasis on the professional development of youth workers, introducing new non-formal methods and good practices, and strengthening national and international professional cooperation. The project paid particular attention to supporting professionals working in small rural communities and national minority environments, thereby contributing to improving and equalizing the quality of youth work.
