Our training program “Digital Skills in the Youth Work” was designed incorporating 7 activity days including workshops, training elements -games, interactive elements - and several non-formal educational methods. We also planned informal activities. Our project aimed at providing relevant and quality training and professional development opportunities to empower youth- workers by improving their digital competence: improve identifying and integrating digital tools in all the phases of youth programs. We targeted to improve the efficiancy of the youth-work: as the skills and knowledge provided in the training support youth- workers in organising activities, in providing efficiant help to their target group, mainly to the young parents, as as well in creating digital tables, and digital schedules and in monitoring their work. We want to encourage youth- workers to use innovative, creative and up-to-date approaches. The project also aimed at supporting youth -workers with fewer opportunities. We also targeted to facilitate peer learning and networking among youth- workers from different countries, providing opportunities to share best practices, challenges, and experiences in working with young people. As specific objectives of our program we defined: - Imporving the usage of digital tools, we targeted to provide effective help in planning workflow and managing all types of activities of youth-work --especially in communication, project supervision, and in efficiency of planned actions, Such knowedge makes it easier to store and gather the relevant data and information about the target, enabling effective methods of data collection and analysis to guide the decision-making process. Our target was to introduce and deepen knowledge about the application of such tools, as they can provide new methodologies for all the phases of a youth project, starting from the very beginning (planning) to the actual field implementation of activities and sessions with young people. - As digital tools are part of daily life of young people today, employing such tools in youth- work is effective by empowering creative expression and innovation in content creation, integrating multimedia elements and customize the outputs-- so by creating programs which are more appealing and educationally relevant and engaging for young people youth -workers will find more effecive ways of communication with the target group easy. - Our program aimed at improving special skills such as self-knowledge, selfconfidence, and reflective processes enabling the person to reflect on own feelings and evaluate his/her work and continuously improve personal approaches and practice. - We also targeted the improvement of effective dissemination of results on digital platforms - At the end we planned to write a booklet about "Best digital practices for youth-workers", as a result of teamwork by the group - We also targeted to create an inclusive, suppporting team-environment and learning experience for the team of youth-workers,to demonstrate the beneficial effect of sharing good practices and to establish an international team who will continue to have close communication in the future.
